black and white segment bowl

hi yes another little segment bowl i got a little piece of birds eye maple from a friend it was only 1 by 3 by about 48 inch s long so i made this little bowl out of it
the bowl is 8 1/4 at the rim 3 1/2 tall and 3 3/4 at the bottom
the are 61 pieces in it timber birds eye maple and wenge
it is finished with 5 coats of tung oil
and bees wax and buffed to a nice shin

Nice little bowl here. I too like the bottom with web design neat. Nice to see another bowl turner here. I’m building a bowl from a board currently just gluing rings into s bowl stack. Then turn. And then try to post it here.

I could never get the hang of segment turning.
