Retirement Shadow Box

My boss was behind the curve on ordering a shadow box for a co-workers retirement ceremony so I went home after work yesterday and whipped this out.

1×3 stick of S4S red oak (did I mention I was rushed) and a couple coats of red mahogany stain with 2 coats of poly.

Ready for flag/coin/engraving plague today & a gold star for me at the office!
