That’s nice. It is a little hard to tell from the pic, it looks like it might be a mirror, or will some art hang under the arch?

I think they have a picture in the arch for the moment, but want to put a arched mirror with a beveled edge eventually.

I really like this design. The keystone draw your attention to the mantle. Very nice post.

Good looking mantle! I’m in the process of finishing a simplified mantle for our fireplace, but nothing as complicated as yours. The lines and curves/arches work well to accentuate the firebox.
