Those are my first woodturned eggs on something that can hardly be called home made lathe. In fact it is one of my first woodturning experiances. They sopposed to be same shape and size but turned different shapes and sizes.Thea are made of birch and beech scraps and coloured with different coloured coats and three layers of water based varnish.

Those are some nice eggs. I like the colors very much. Can you eat them?

I haven’t seen real eggs that are exactly alike why should wooden eggs be so. Well done.

You picked a pretty tough first project to turn and you did really good my friend….eggs are not an easy shape to duplicate especially making two the same size….
You did great I hope to see more turnings from you…keep up the good work my friend
