Mahogany Crib. Platform is 1/2 ply with reinforcing ribs. Hangers are actually for cafe doors. I had to cut a recess to get them to line up. I used press in threaded inserts as the screw in type always seem to pull wood up and leave a chipped surface.
I was tightening the last screw and my wife was already decorating it. I actually had to move the dust ruffle out of the way…
I wrote a blog on it, but not sure how to post a link to it. It’s my only blog to date, so it won’t be hard to find.
Now onto some drawers and window ledge! it never ends…

If I had that crib I would never let a baby near it. It’s too nice to risk getting spit-up on!
Thanks for posting!

Beautiful! This may be a piece I complete within a year myself. Never too early to get inspiration.
