A photo frame made from a wonderful piece of olive wood from my father garden, milled and planed by myself.
Finished with tung oil

Nice frame and love the grain of the olive wood. You did a very nice job on this.

How is the piece that holds the frame upright attched?

It’s only a blind hole, then i made the support on the lathe the right size to force in the hole.
As i say in the next project, one support in the corner is unstable, expecially for vertical positioning.
In the other i preferred two holes, so you can move the support depending on the frame position.
