I made this clock out of roasted curly maple that i had for around 10 months. i thought it would be great for this project.the finish is BLO with 5 coats of a whip on poly. This is my first posting to this website.I welcome all comments good or bad. thanks for looking…

What took you so long ? The clock looks great You hung it on the wrong wall should be on one of the walls in my house LOL…..........................Schloemoe

LOL..i agree with schloemoe !! I want to build a full grandpa for my mom but I’m sorta intimidated by the project so far. Your gorgeous clock inspires me, though ! great job

Wow, Billie, the clock looks great! I really like the maple and the color. Great project, thanks for sharing. Just a suggestion, don’t forget to give extra info such as dimensions, where your plans came from, etc.

I too would like to know sizes and where you got the plans and movement because i want to make a wall clock like this for my daughters 21st birthday
