Hello

I make this fantastic jig to hold my pens before the assemblage

A piece of MDF and some nails (Height : 125 mm)

Imagination has no limit! Simple yet effective.
How about sanding and chamfering the edges? Your jig would be a step higher on the quality scale!! (just kidding)

Looks Good. I have something similiar to that but I use wooden dowels instead. It sure does work great!! Thanks for posting

To serge : I can’t sanding and chamfering the edges because it’s a real poor jig !!
