Building and designing 12 bar chairs, are no simple task. We need to teach the people that don’t do woodworking how long it takes to make all the parts for that many chairs, after the third day they called and asked how many chairs I had built, Ha ! Ha ! I did all this with Home shop equipment, Two days of just surface planning lumber. Two week to make all the parts. Made a pattern jig to shape the back legs on the shaper. Also for the curved parts for the back of the chair. It’s a good thing I have built lots of chairs, makes the job go easier. But it would have gone a lot better if the Designer would have brought me a Blue print, Not just a photo of what they wanted. I just charged a design fee, $250.00 . 6 week later I was finished. Might have been done faster if someone could of been organized a little better, Women designers .

Made of red Oak with dark cherry finish, Then they wanted a 10 year warentey, I give them 5 years
on workmenship,

Impressive run of chairs; building one must be hard enough but it looks like you have mastered the techniques
