Finished this while back. Got the end vise as a gift, but it didn’t work with my old top. So time for a new top. Butcher block style, 8/4 ash.

Very very nice! Been wanting to build me a bench like that for a long long time and am in the process of rearranging the workshop/basement so I finally have room and will be actually doing it soon.

Hey, Thx for all the nice comments. Curt/BlankMan: the wood for this bench came from Shawano, Wisconsin and I think they deliver to BEER city. No excuses, that is only a few miles up the road, lol. One of the best things I have ever done (Shop Wise) was to build a big FLAT bench. It makes life sooo… much easier. Thx again!
