Finally finished up the dresser to go with my nightstands, lamps and bed. Only took five years to build.
Finished up just in time to build crates for all my furniture so I can store it for two years while we live overseas again :)

Marvelous job! Superb job keeping the grain flowing through the drawers/front!

Outstanding. I love the choice of woods. The koa drawers and doors work very well with the walnut. Is this your own design?

How the hell something like this doesn’t make the daily top three I’ll never understand. That is beautiful man.

Thanks for the comments, all. I’m not too hung up on the DT3. LOL I didn’t even know what it was until I noticed some of my previous stuff has been retroactively named DT3 when I was linking the bed and nightstands in this post.
Andreas, it IS my own design, but I’m happy to share my sketchup models of the whole bedroom set. Just beware that the details aren’t as “detailed” on the dresser as they are on the bed plan, for example… and that I changed dimensions here and there on the fly during the builds that I didn’t necessarily incorporate back into the sketchup models.
If anyone wants the drawings, feel free to hit me up via the “send a message” tool under my profile here on LJ.
