Neighbor gal asked me if I could build a piggy house that looked like a barn. She bought two pigs for her girls.I came up with a drawing and started to build. It is first one I have tried and it might not be last one. She said you dont find them in stores except wire and plastic. Here we go again is it me or fair trade I chose ME

That thing is going to be a bear to clean out LOL…

I built a pen a while back for my kids guinea pigs… thankfully they all now have new homes LOL.

the cage needs to be cleaned on a weekly basis, and scooping out all of that soiled bedding is tough to do sometimes.

The owner uses wax paper on floor now on there wire cage so I presume this is what they will do in this one the door below is 10/7 and for upstairs the roof is hinged so it is wide open

I like it! I had Guinea Pigs when I was a kid and my daughter brings it up every now and then.
The barn look and the second story make it a really thoughtful, fun project.
Those little squeakers are going to love it.

Hey what the heck we only live once and life is a challenge. The gal told her aunt about it and she might have me build one for her.
