I’m getting married in less then a month and I made these for the bridesmaids and her personal attendant. Six are made of cherry with a maple handle and center, the other is walnut with maple handle and center. All are finished in a oil/varnish blend. This is the first time I tried band saw boxes, and they are a fun little project.

Very nice set of boxes.

-- Depend on the rabbit's foot if you will, but remember it didn't work for the rabbit.

Yes, these are a fun project. I made my first one just a couple of months back. The thought of giving them to your attendants is great. Something they will always use and remeber…... Nice job.

Stuart,
How big are they? I’m sure the gals will be touched by the personal gift from the groom.

These are a nice set of boxes that I am sure will be well received by the wedding party.

Thanks for sharing.

These are nice. What did you line the drawers with?

They are 6-7in wide and 3-4in high and 2-3 in depth. I line the drawers with a sude flock that I found by searching flocking on Google, I can’t remember the site, but it was about 1/2 the cost of Woodcraft.
