Here’s another wavy wood project, a spice rack for my wife to be. Here you have a single chunk of teak sliced into many thin strips and glued flat for the back board., notice the grain pattern. There are Maple shelves with a bit of Walnut accents, Walnut “rails” and some rosewood finishes it off. Of course, I just oiled it, although because it’s in the kitchen and getting a little worn, I may just go with a lacquer coat soon.
