I am just finishing up a router table. Both the base and top are shown in these pictures. A detailed project is shown at

I have added a view of the bottom showing the casters and legs. To move the table simply lift the leg end slightly and roll. When down on the surface the table is stable. One possible improvement would be to replace the legs with levelers.
