Out of necessity I built a single drawer hallway table. All solid cherry. Mortise and tenon joinery throughout. Hand cut half blind dovetails (fun to cut!) for the drawer. The legs are tapered, dont know if you can see it, and also my first build with something other than parallell and perpendicular lines. Finished with 6 coats of water based poly. The grain pattern on the top is really beautiful. The finish didnt turn out as glossy and smooth as I had hoped, but I guess you can only expect so much from foam brushes. Nest purchase is an HVLP machine. Thaks for looking!

Great looking table. The tapered legs give it a delicate look and the cherry is a nice choice for this project. Thanks for sharing.

Nice table! I am undertaking a project right now that I will attempt my first handcut dovetails. I can only hope mine look as good as yours!
