I made this a while back for a coworker for our secret santa party for work. It’s walnut with maple dovetail keys. I just made a 90’ jig for my router table to cut the dovetail slots, then slid in some keys and cut and sanded them smooth. The Face was off of ebay. Thinking about making one for our postman, he’s a real nice guy.

That’s cool, and the dovetail keys add a great element and nice wood contrast.
