16 gun rotating stand, it is built on a lazy susan from rockler, 24 inch base, 12 1/2 inch top. It is made of 3/4inch oak ply and stained with early american but it has a little darkener mixed in also. three coats of spray poly. I used hammer in t-nuts in the base and top so it can all be unscrewed. Don’t laugh but the padding i used for the barrels to rest on is the material from wal mart that goes in cabinet floors. i used it in the drawers of my tool box and just had some scraps.

I like it! Just built something very similar for my son’s fishing poles. I bet you won’t be able to put 16 guns on that at once; positions look too close for anything with medium to large action grips.

I like it for the display effect. I hate it for the easy theft aspect if someone breaks in while you are gone. Definately not a gun safe.

Thanks for the comments you are right captain 16 is a few too many. Scopes touch when beside each other. 12 gun would be perfect I think. Thanks again
