Great job on this. I made a Entertainment Center out of Knotty Alder. I was surprised how easy it was to work with. Your details on this are spot on. Do I detect a Hint of G & G in this? Great work and welcome!!!!!

dean2336, THX. Inside cabinet finished same as outside. No finish inside drawers since there was no drawer ‘hardware’ used.

Ken, THX. Loved your entertainment center also. Yes, I am a big G & G fan. My projects usually are even more G & G obvious.

Now that is style! The accents just “make” it. Beautiful craftmanship to finish it off.

Wow, I haven’t seen such a nice pine project in a while. You have done a nice job with the grain and placement of the knots, so they balance the whole piece. The figure and character in the wood grab my attention and the whole thing just sings. I think you have done an exceptional job of wood selection and placement, not to mention the other fine woodworking techniques that are very evident. Thanks for posting.

juanabee, it’s knotty alder, but I’ll humbly accept the compliment anyway. THX
