Another project completed, this is a walnut candleholder made from a piece of walnut from a tree that was uprooted in a storm. It it amazing how storms (especially lightning) can find Hardwood valuable trees amid a forest of all types of timber. Walnut, and Oak trees seem to be the most vulnerable to lightning strikes. They seem to be most conducive of electric much like steel. Maybe it is because they are so hard.
This cnadle holder was finished with EEE and Shelawax.

Great looking candle holder. Nice shape and great color.
-- You will never build it unless you try. The second one always turns out better.
