Hope the title gave you laugh. It came to me in a blinding flash of genius!
The pot is ash with an apple lid. It’s about 4.5” tall.
The mallet is 6” long and is left untreated as it is going to earn it’s keep. I’ll probably just soak it in linseed oil.
The wood I use is generally picked off the ground or out of a log pile and I am very grateful to Mother Nature
for all Her help. Where would us scavengers be without Her lol.

Your title did get me to peek in and look!!! Glad I did.

Both the “Pot” & mallet look great. You can use the mallet to take a “hit” of pot!!!!!

Well done mate. You are obviously getting the hang of your lathe. Beautiful wood – all the more so because its found.
