I am sure these will turn out great, but you did happen to see the very large boldfaced type when you posted this that stated:

Yes, I want to post my finished project that is made of wood

Perhaps this would have been better as a blog entry?

I truly enjoyed and was amazed when I entered your Gallery. I love your intricate crosses which you carved with care and precision. I am also a wood carver, but I have not seen any tools such as those you use in the US market. Are they only available in Europe? Would you mind sharing your source, Walther? Maybe some of our fellow wood carvers would also be interested in them. Thanx for sharing and a hearty welcome to Lumber Jocks. I am looking forward to seeing more of your work soon.

Thanks for all!Sorry for my English – it’s not good. I wanted to carve this cross very long time ago, I made a pictre of this, but all my toolsare in Russia, we didn’t take them with us here. I made some tools from the small knives. Then I’ve met a Boris, whom send me a gift – those tools. Very wanted to make this cross, so I’ve started to do it. And did it very fast – it’s a very good tools! Very good configuration. They’re works byself.
Boris has a patent in America. Boris do those tools here, in America. I’ll give his mail for you here:
boris@woodcarver4u.com
boriska@charter.net

There are tools for all – you can carve any kind of things by them.

I’ll do the blog for another cross – like this. This cross I did very fast, so didn’t have the time for collect information for blog. So I’ll do the same cross and you’ll see the blog.

Thanx Walther . . . looks like I can use some of these tools! I’ll see what develops with Boris. Keep up the good work!
