What method/router bid did you use for the juice groove and hand-holds?

both-router with a fence,when you come to a corner you have to slow down so you don’t go over your mark, but you burn the wood when you slow down. then I use a carving gouge and a small scraper to clean up the burn marks. it a lot faster than sanding the burn out.
