Heres something I found to make with left over material. I used cherry, Walnut Mahogany and purple Heart. The handle where something I had no tried on a project before, They where a good learning experience that I can incorporate into other projects,

This is a nice use of cutoffs. You blended the woods well and the purple heart gives it a distinctive detail.

Great looking tray. It looks well thought out. and definitely easier to make than a sloped side and/or ends
