Bought the insert. The rest was from scraps around the shop. Got about 30 bucks in it and it does great. Also save me space.

Nice table, when I upgrade my saw I plan to do the same thing, thanks for the inspiration.

Nice work, did you get this from MLCS? That’s where I got mine and it looks like we have the same saw as well. Here is a pic of a base/support I made for it out of scraps to make it more solid. http://lumberjocks.com/projects/40378
I don’t know if you know this but the Triton Router is a great canidate, as you dont have to buy a lift for it to have a top of table adjustment. Save’s buying a lift!Good luck and have fun.

Thanks Ken, I picked it up from the Router Depot. They had it on sale. I think they are the same. I am using a Ridgid router. I had to drill a hole in the insert for the T-handle allowing adjustment from up top. Your base looks great and I like your saw. Aren’t they great? I added a switch to mine that makes it easier to cut on and off. I can also plug my vac in to it as well. Thanks for the pic and feedback.

Ken, I like your router inset but can you tell me what the MLCS stands for that you speak of?
