The recycled butcher block top for this table was provided by the customer who wanted to turn it into a 36” tall table to use next to his new outdoor grill. He also provided the maple for the legs, stretchers and aprons. All had been milled roughly to size but not length. I chose double 1/2” dowels to connect the legs to the aprons. The bottom stretcher assembly material was too narrow for double dowels so I opted for a single 1/2” dowel and a pocket hole screw.
