Project Information

The first pen is a laminate made out of rit dyed tongue depressors. The next is spalted oak old barn wood. Then we have aged cypress. The next is deer antler. Then a piece of china berry from a tree that fell about 10 years ago. The last is a pic of all that I turned this weekend. Thanks

I haven't turned any pens yet, but have ordered the kits. You turned All those in one weekend? I hope I can become that efficient. Nice looking pens.

Nice looking pens. I like the laminated one, just finished a course yesterday on segmented pens and looking forward to playing with some things.

That's a busy weekend, the tounge depressors pen is such an out of the box idea, I think it came out great, as they all did. Nice work

clieb91 I am going to get bored one day and start doing some segmented pens. Will have to find a video on youtube or something. Don't have any place near where I live to learn how to do one or anything for that matter. The nearest woodcraft is 4 hrs away. The closest person that I know of that even turns is a little over 2 hrs away.
