Well…here’s Stephanie’s second piece: a “Pouting Chair.”
This is taken from a Shaker design. It’s got the same finish as her toybox, so the set is growing. I guess next I need to build her a table :)
I really liked the history lesson that came with the chair: it actually is a Shaker step-stool, but was so convenient for those corner “time-outs” the stepstool got its new name.

I love this piece HossMan. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that has a very practical use as a “pouting chair”.
I am sure that is it used for other purposes as well. You are right about not stopping here. You definately need to build her other pieces of furniture- maybe a doll changing table? The possibilities are almost endless.
