This is the revised BOLT BOX I reworked this morning adding the MECCANO bars .
Gene ( VIPOND 33 ) thought it needed a little more of a treatment, like a row of holes to make it show more its purpose and I totally agree with him and this is what I came up with .

Nice Keifer. I like it.
I also had thought Gene’s comment a good one. And you pulled in the motif very well.

Nice, I thought it was good before, but looks even better now.

Nice job! Now that’s what I would call “bullet proof” joinery…......... :-)

Well I’m gobsmacked, as the English would say. At home my ideas and suggestions get very little traction at times it seems, yet here I venture one small comment for improvement, turn around a few hours later and find it’s been taken back into the shop and revised!
Astounding. So is the new improved box. This one says tools, building, precision and great good looks. I can see lots of LJ’s embracing this storage idea for it puts wood and purposeful design together so well. Long live Meccano, LJ’s, and friends.

Thanks GENE
Glad to see another Meccano fan happy with this .
My grandson absolutely loves it and takes it to bed with him.
Your comment gave me the drive to do it and it all came together just nice .
Yes my opinion gets treated the same around here and I get ,you are building what ,a lot , but in the end I get some good reviews .
Thanks and your comments matter a lot !
