My latest contraption that I’ve named the TREMBLER.
I recently started pouring molds of the LEWIS CHESS SET
and I needed to have a machine to vibrate the molds
once I poured them to remove the air bubbles.
Commercial units cost hundreds of dollars…
so this is what I came up with.. AND it works!!!

Good Idea ,The best use for a skill sander I’ve seen yet,very creative. Good job.

That is great! I pour a lot of Hirst Arts molds, and banging the table gets real old real fast. I may have to try this! Do you rinse your molds in water with a little dishwasher rinse aid? I find it also really helps with bubbles also.
