Just starting woodworking. Retired last Feb and have completed four proects which I will post. This simple bench made from maple.

Very nice! I like the M&Ts for the stretcher. Looks like you are off to a great start.

Nice looking bench, and maple is such a great choice.

-- Martin ....always count the number of fingers you have before, and after using the saw.

Nicely Done! I made a couple of these for my daughter and she has four kids. They really take a beating and hold up very well.
