Dyed Ash Bowl

Turned out another bowl from the Ash tree that was cut down a few weeks back… I went through using some aniline dyes to spice it up a bit, and coated it with about 30 coats of wipe on poly, then finally finished with a wax polish. I’m going to attempt to sell this bowl, I’m waiting on Etsy to get back to me regarding my account (temporarily suspended) before I can list it.

Thanks for the input, hopefully I can make a buck on this to put forward into new tools etc. If any folks are familiar with selling items like this online, please toss hints/tips my way… I would greatly appreciate it.

That’s some really tight grain compared to the Ash that I’ve used . Nice turning : ) Any pre-stain pictures ?

Nice job of turning and I like the form. I wish you well on the sale.

No pre-dye pics of this bowl, but I did post a project before made from the same wood.
