Here is another porch swing, but only made for one person. It was made out of cedar decking 1-1/4 thick slates, 2×4 seat and back supports and the arms are made from 2×6. I made assembled this differently from the other that I have made. The back and seat supports are assembled using lap joints, and the arm rest supports are glued together with water proof Gorilla glue (the dark brown glue) instead of using screws. For the finish I use Tompson water sealant, which goes on clear and is UV protectant. The swing are already sold Saturday:)
