During my time in the military, I was asked to do a lot of projects for the Battalion and individual Soldiers. This is one of the last projects I did before leaving Germany. It was a pain trying to mount the shrapnel on the plaque, but I think it turned out great and it was definitely worth it!

Well done, sir! Nicely carried out. A very dignified way to honor a service member’s sacrifice.
Cheers!

Beautiful work. Great job.
Am reading the book American Sniper by Chris Kyle and COP Iron is where he is “working” in the book right now.
Thank you.

This is a great piece and an awesome idea, and the cutout was well executed. i was actually right outside of Ramadi less than a year after that.
