Nice work. How is the top held in place?Some features you could add are a rim around the tray top to trap liquid spills and a safety harness to hold them in.
If you check in my “projects” (second page) you will find the next type of children’s chairs you can build. The plans are there too. It has a height adjustable seat that can change as they grow and also work at tables of higher counters. My grand kids used theirs until they were about 10+ year old.
