This is a murphy wall bed that was designed to resemble a row of lockers. This is from our Locker Murphy bed series in our Poggyskids furniture line. The two outside lookers are working storage units. The inside ones are fixed and fold down with a hidden bed. The colors were were matched to the authentic university orange. We found some decals that was applied to the doors. This was built in January 2012

If you like this one, be sure to check out the vintage style with Babe Ruth’s 1921 world series.

Tell me what you think. What colors or school theme should this have built in?

very kool, and nicely painted. How did you, what did you do to keep the decal on? Did you put any clear over the decal? just curious. I made some corn-hole boards for a son-in-law, and stuck a decal on bare wood so it would stay stuck, but, then, when I put clear over it, it started curling up near the edges.. thnx for your input

Roger, I think one of your problems was that you put the sticker on unsealed wood. No, I didn’t clear over it. The solvents can release to glue and shrink the material the decal is on. It may work on same finishes and sticker combination, but I’d always test it first.

If you notice on this one compared to my other lockers, this one doesn’t have a scoreboard headboard.

Thnx Chris. appreciate it. You are right about the not sealing the wood 1st, which I didn’t, but, I thought if I woulda, the decal wouldn’t o stuck.. I guess I shoulda tested 1st.. Thnx again
