I built this stand for a laptop and put it on craigslist before x-mas but no body purchased it. I actually built it so I could take my laptop out on the front porch when weather permitted but this past summer really wasn’t all that warm. I have always had a tremendous tolerance for the cold until my metabolism went the way of my liver; now I’m cold all of the time.
The stand isn’t really wood, it’s MDF and particle board; I guess post or column is, it’s pine. It works well and is convenient for sitting out of doors with a good looking gal and a rum and coke, neither of which do I have.
