I was asked by a local non profit to make a box for a hospice patient. The non profit, Life Legacy Boxes, places keep sake boxes with patients in our area. The person that is to recieve this one has a liking for Winnie the pooh. This is what I was able to get for them. I think it will bring some joy to someone in a time of need. It was a fun project to complete and VERY gratifying. The wood is cherry, and the finish is spray lacquer. Thanks for looking. Russell

I have worked at a hospital for 32 years. These kind of things are ALWAYS appreciated and rarely given. That makes you a speacial person. It is a special piece.

Beautiful work Russel, just wondering, the picture on the front, is that etched, carved or stencil? The person who got this must be very happy.
