This is my first attempt at creating something from a 2X12 piece of lumber. This is a Mahi- Mahi or dolphin, dorado. I painted it with water colors while attempting to keep the grain of the wood still visible. I really like the way it turned out and can’t wait to try another species.

Nice job! I caught a few of them, there fun to catch and more fun to eat. You should try a Snook or Red fish next. Nice work.
