The Nightstand Has an Accent Too

This is the nightstand that matches the “Desk with an Accent”. It is a 3 drawer nightstand with stained accent trim. One design feature I forgot to mention on the last project post was the raised panel sides. I didn’t want to use the normal raised panels because of the trim, I wanted a flatter surface for the trim. I ended up using 5/8” MDF for the raised section.

Here is the matching desk and hutch

Nice work. Trying to figure out what the Tron jacket is all about… but I love the contrast in the pieces!

How about the contrast in the jacket? Actually it is reflective strips on the jacket. The camera flash lights it up.

I like the look of the nightstand, good combination of colors, just the right level of trim
