I wanted to get the dog up off of the concrete floor. She was laying on a blanket but it was still probably cold. This bed is 36in X 24in X 3in off the floor. Built around the washable pad I bought from the pet store. No finish applied. It will be inside and I like the lighter look to the wood.
Thanks for lookin’ and have a great Super Bowl day…......................

I like it, very rustic looking, and its occupant looks very content.

Dog and Bed!
They just Match!
I love the way you did the back! Really COOL… getting just the Right piece for it!
That tenon cutter set you back a few $$ ...
(I would have HAD to do it the old fashioned way… LOL)
COOL Piece!
Nice Job!
Thank you!

Well done! Thats a lucky dog for sure. What kind of wood did you use, is it alder?

Bravo! I really like the curve on the rear crossbar and the lacing used for the bottom is perfect.

Beautiful! Oh, and the bed is nice too. I was just telling my wife the other day that I should build a bed for my Boys, 2 Goldens. Oh we spoil our dogs don’t we. :))

That bed takes the term “pampered pooch” to a whole new level and a beautifully built bed.

This is so cool, I would like to try to make something close to this if I could.
One question: What did you make the netting that supports the pad?
Ok two questions: Where did you get that tenon cutter?
Thanks,
