Just a simple frame

This is just a simple picture frame I made with leftovers from the antique moldings I used in the boss’s house. I decided to make it look sort of like a window with the sill and all, partially because that is how they were used in the house. I am going to add some glass and a cardboard filler. It has a removable back and fits an 11×14 print, smaller if you add a matte around it. Hey… I have something in my gallery now….

I like this frame and the little shelf incorporated in it.

It could be a shelf, It was mostly intended to give the impression of a window sill instead of a standard 4 mitered corners. Thanks Jim

I like the window look, not traditional when you think of a picture frame, nice work.
