Sweetums wanted a short dresser (chest of drawers?) for holding her craft nick-knacks and such. It is my first shot at putting drawers in anything and took me quite some time. Over all I’m not really happy with it, but at least the drawers move great after a LOT of tinkering.
Top row drawers are about 5” tall and bottom drawers are 7”. 18” deep and the whole thing is 42” wide. Sits on locking casters.
I should call it the Router Pilot-Burn Dresser of Unnecessary Miters. Ugh, definitely doing things different next time. At least I feel that I could now turn out a nice full-size dresser if I ever …..wanted…. to…..
Finished with Minwax medium cherry and polycrylic.
thanks

Nice work, and learning is what it’s all about. Bet she loves it.

Looks like a good dresser, just think of each project as a learning experience.
