Stool No-picture-s No-picture-s Click the pictures to enlarge them

This is a stool taken from a magazine plan that was meant to be made from poplar and painted. I made it using oak and walnut with a pecan stain with, I think, much better results. Sorry, but I could not help but put that little strip of walnut in the seat. Let me know what you think of it. I have many more items that I will post, but I have just joined and need to photo and put them up for opinions.

I like the strip in the top of the table and the details right below the tabletop. Were the different sized bottom brace supports part of the original plan or personal design? Welcome to LJ’s. Looking forward to future posts.

This is a nice piece and I like the walnut accent that you added. It gives the piece visual interest.
