This small table is a copy of a huge dinning room table. I made it as a gift to a very nice lady. Her name is Lorry and she is a big help to one of my daughters when she needs it most. The table is made from red oak 4/4 stock, cut in 1 1/4 thick strips, 24 inches long and edge glued. The top is 24 by 15 inches and the table stands 22 inches high. I love this little table and I also considered end graining the top. But in the end I don’t think it would have added any more beauty to it’s appearance. It’s such a great feeling to give a gift that will last forever and is so appreciated.

You did a nice job on this table and I’ll bet that she really loved it.
