I met a guy that owns the website . He has some amazing stuff. Anyhow, he was generous enough to give me a few pieces of this cherry moulding he had laying around (as well as a really sweet slab of Myrtlewood that I’m waiting to use).

So, this is it. My first frame, built with a miter box (ehh…), frame clamp, router, and some angle brackets fitted flush in the back. It’s OK at best.. Live and learn. Looks good with the Terry Redlin calendar.

That is an excellent looking frame…..first or last. I think a picture frame is a test of skills. You did well.

Great use of trim, 45 corners can be a real pain some days. I have gotten better by sticking to my tablesaw for them.
