This is my first attempt for making a bandsaw box. Thanks to all the blogs and posts on LJ that discussed how to make them.

These ‘jewelry’ boxes are for my twin daughters. Their birthday is coming up at the end of February and this is one of their presents. They are made from birds eye maple, walnut, and cherry. They were finished with 2 coats of Waterlox Original and 2 coats of Waterlox Gloss finish.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice. Careful, boxes are addictive.

Now that’s a unique jewelry box! I really like the design and the maple just POP’S out at you.

Very nice work for the 1st of many to come. LOL
