Just completed this cradle for my new grandson. Built the first one 37 years ago for his dad, and another for a grandson 3 years ago. all from the same plans.

Great work. Practice makes perfect. I’m in the process now of making a cradle for our first Great-Granddaughter. It’s a good feeling.

Beautiful work. The greatest thing about making it yourself is that it will one day be the cradle that your grandson uses for his baby.

Very nice. What happened to the 37 year old craddle?

It looks very nice in oak… I don’t know where the plans came from. I actually copied it from another cradle that I had seen. I hope you had as much fun as I did making it. There is something to be said about being out in your garage or workshop with the radio going with a cup of coffee and sawdust flying around in the air.
