Well, here it is. The pallet mallet number the next one. This one is made from the same pallet as the first one. I made this one completely out of oak. I wanted it to be different from the other one so I shaped the handle a little different, and added the oak dowels. I glued the outer dowels, but left the one in the handle unglued just in case it was to get broken ( I have children LOL). I applied leather to the faces of this one as well. I really love the feel of this handle, and this one was my favorite of the two. The one face side has got some awesome grain pattern, I hope you can really get a good look in the pics. I also included my crappy attempt at wood burning with my new burning pen lol. I gave the first mallet to my son Elyjah, in hopes that he will not only use it, but pass it down if he has children one day. Well I hope yall like this one.
