Hi everyone , Here is another one of my Extreme Birdhouses
This house is made from 120 year old reclaimed barnwood. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. lol
It is 30” square , 36” tall and weighs 70 lbs.

John,

What about a media room? After all you are looking for a discriminating group of renters since this is an upscale neighborhood.

Oh well, maybe in the next one you can add some more amenities to attract a better group of clients.:)

Between the construction models, the ships and these birdhouses I am just in awe of the details and efforts that go into producing these type of projects.

I can see itsybitsy television set’s in all the bedrooms. Great work John, but who would want to put one of these on the outside…I will echo MsDebbieP, all three words!
